Delete your AI SweetChat account
How to request deletion
- Send an email to 2986908643@qq.com with the subject "AI SweetChat account deletion".

Include the information we need to find your account:
- how you sign in (username and password, Google, VK ID or Yandex ID);
- your username, or the email address of the Google / VK / Yandex account you sign in with;
- your user ID if you can see it in the app (optional, but it speeds things up).
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the same account or email address so that nobody else can delete your account.
- We complete the deletion within 10 working days and confirm by email.
Logging out of the app or uninstalling it does not delete your account. Please send a deletion request as described above.
What we delete
- Your account and profile information (username, nickname, avatar, and any name, email address and profile picture received from Google, VK or Yandex);
- your chat history with AI characters;
- characters you created and photos you uploaded;
- app settings and identifiers linked to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase and transaction records may be kept for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting or consumer protection laws, and are then deleted.
- Security and diagnostic logs that are not linked to your account are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
- You can delete chat history with a character, or delete characters you created, directly in the app.
- To remove AI SweetChat's access to your Google account, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
