Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI SweetChat mobile application and this website (the "Service"), provided by CCCWisdom Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AI SweetChat. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
- You can create an account with a username and password, or sign in with Google, VK ID or Yandex ID.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. AI-generated content
- AI characters in the Service are fictional and are powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people.
- Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services rather than relying on the Service.
4. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the messages, photos and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You must not upload or create content that:
- contains explicit nudity or pornography, or involves minors in any way;
- you do not own or do not have the necessary rights or permissions to use, or that infringes copyright, portrait, privacy or other legal rights;
- is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or promotes violence or self-harm;
- impersonates a real person without their consent.
We may review, reject or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules. You can report content in the app or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows;
- use bots, scripts, plug-ins or unauthorized third-party tools to access the Service;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
6. Purchases and advertising
- Some features may require an in-app purchase. Payments are processed by the app store you downloaded the app from, under that store's terms. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of your app store and applicable law.
- The free version of the app may display advertising provided by third parties.
7. Updates and changes to the Service
We may update the app, add or remove features, or change these Terms. Older app versions may stop working after an update. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you in the app or on this page; continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
8. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time – see Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
